How do I know what I need to buy?

Do I have to register to make an order?

No, you can make a 'one off' order without registering with us.

What is the benefit of registering?

Registering with us means that we can save your details in our customer database. This means you don't have to re-enter them when you next come to order something, you can alter them whenever you need to and you will be able to keep a track record of all the orders you make with us.

How do I know what size to order?

Before you order you can try on product samples at Sporting Club, Cramlington or view our sizing guides.

What are the delivery options and costs?

You can choose to have your order delivered to your child's school within 3 days free of charge once we have received confirmation of a valid payment from PayPal. In this case the school will be responsible for passing on the products to your child and by having this option on this website they have agreed to do so. Cramlington Learning Village will do this via their PE department.

Alternatively you can choose home delivery within 5 days for a £3.50 standard charge to a home address via Royal Mail or by courier. If selected this cost is added to your shopping basket at the time of your order. Home delivery will not occur until we have received confirmation of a valid payment from PayPal.

What happens if I am not at home to receive delivery?

You will be left a card with details about how to re-arrange delivery. If someone else is at the address, they can sign and receive the products on your behalf.

If I have not received my order when should I contact PE Kit Online?

Please allow the full delivery period selected for your products to arrive. If you have not received your delivery by this time and we have not contacted you, then please contact us.

How do I return a product?

Unused products may be returned promptly by customers within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund. You may return them to your child's school or post to: PE Kit Online, PE Department, Sporting Club Cramlington, Cramlington Learning Village, Highburn, Cramlington, NE23 6BN. If you are returning your product because it is defective, please state the defect or defects.
